Exquisite Cuisine runs and manages the Functions and Kitchen Facilities at the Clairwood Racecourse as an outsourced business venture. We are responsible for all the catering on race days as well as all non race day functions. We have approximately 5 food outlets operating on a race day and on a weekend race meeting, we have approximately 3500 – 5000 patrons on course.
In addition to the contract for Clairwood Racecourse, Exquisite Cuisine has also been awarded the catering contract for Sun Coast Conferences and Corporate Events, for whom we expertly create sumptuous functions menus.

Exquisite Cuisine has catered for more than 1000 outside functions ranging from 40 – 5000 guests. While Exquisite Cuisine’s client base consists mostly of Professional Conference Organisers, we also deal with a number of corporate clients including ABSA, Jaguar, Landrover, Volvo, Gateway Theatre of Shopping etc.
We are able to offer guests a wide range of menus and we have an industrial kitchen at Clairwood Racecourse, which is able to cater for a maximum of 5000 guests per day. The food cold chain is maintained and all the prepared food is transported in our refrigerated vehicles.
